About WeWork

WeWork is an American commercial real estate company that provides shared workspaces for technology startups and services for other enterprises. Founded in 2010, it is headquartered in New York City. As of 2018, WeWork managed over 4 million square metres of real estate. 

WeLive and PxWe are off-shoots of the main company that provide living and short term rental spaces (WeLive) as well as custom build for hire (PxWe - for instance Sprint contracted PxWe to remodel that building floor for them, PxWe is essentially a project management service for large companies).

Our Process

Our first introduction to WeWork was a rush job: They came to us asking if we could save the day for a major client of theirs. The signage company they had contracted for this job not only completely missed the mark and destroyed a wall but then they refused to return their calls or emails, and the client was moving into the space in two days! Their ask: Could I complete a mural in the new corporate office space for AirBNB in under 48 hours, on a weekend? Our answer: OF COURSE!

That job was the first of hundreds within WeWork and it's off-shoots as word began to spread about our agility and quality.

As WeWork has opened thousands of offices for small and large companies around the world we have been proud and happy to provide them with signage in all forms, from interior light boxes, ADA wayfinding, IFC/IBC required signage, dimensional logos, custom artwork, murals, elevator wraps, wooden signage, entire lobby wraps, privacy film, custom printing on 4’ x 8’ mirrors, and so much more. WeWork has been our favorite customer, as their needs are so diverse! 

The Installation

Each new office space or building comes with a unique set of challenges, be it how to best utilize the space, coordinating work across the country or sometimes across the world, complying with a client’s branding, and a myriad of details. Typically what is most required from us is speed and perfection, two areas in which we excel!
